Good. We aren't finish yet. How about this:

# kenv -u hint.pcm.0.via_dxs_disabled
# kenv hint.pcm.0.via_dxs_channels=1
# kenv hint.pcm.0.via_sgd_channels=0
# kldunload snd_via8233 ; kldload snd_via8233
# sysctl hw.snd.pcm0.vchans=5 (actually this is optional)

They key is hint.pcm.0.via_dxs_channels settings. You may try with 2,
3 and 4.
