What happens when you :

cd /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins
ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/linux-flashplugin6/flashplayer.xpt
ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/linux-flashplugin6/libflashplayer.so

and so on?
