I've just updated the port to 2.01.01a07. While integrating the
above mentioned changes (they're actually mine, not Heiko's) Joerg
Schilling introduced a new bug which effectively circumvented
the main purpose of these changes, i.e. making the direct ATAPI
transport of cdda2wav work again with FreeBSD >= 501112 (removal
of the CDIOCREADAUDIO ioctl). This is fixed in the port. I also
added an additional change that makes the direct ATAPI transport
work again with FreeBSD => 600021 (device node majors abandoned).
Regarding your patch to update the port to 2.01.01a07, did you
leave out btcflash(1) which was added in 2.01.01a05 on purpose?
