Hallo,

I'm trying FreeBSD with that (somewhat old) motherboard, and I'm unable to
boot the system with ACPI - it just stays at the lines:

Timecounter "TSC" frequency 701594265 Hz quality 800
Timecounters tick every 1.000 msec

...then it seems to be hung (needs "cold reset").

Any ideas, how to get past this point other way, than just switching ACPI off?
