That file should just build without any inclusion of <utmp.h> or
<utmpx.h>. gnome-pty-helper.c doesn't access the user accounting
database. If it does generate an error, please supply a build-log.

Just changing the #include is very unlikely to fix any compilation
errors, by the way. There is no overlap in the declarations provided by
them.
