Well, that happens when you copy-paste a lot.
I haven't selected 'env' part.

# env make MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=3D/usr/obj/usr.LOCAL buildworld
	worked, as well as:
# env MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=3D/usr/obj/usr.LOCAL make buildworld
