I have an interesting question, that I hope someone can help me by pointing me in the right direction. With FBSD 2.2.6 on a 133 Pentium / Houston Motherboard It seems that the OS doesn't probe the PCI bus. I have re-compiled the OS many times and do include the controller PCI0 directive. The -v shows pcibus_setup(1) ... pcibus_setup(1a) .. pcibus_setup(1b).. pcibus_setup(2) .. . . . probes the isa bus . . . Intel Pentium FOOF etc Auto reboot in progres ... . . login: The only cards on the PCI bus are 3com 3c905-tx's -- that seem to be working correctly when tested / re-configured with the dos software. Any and all help would be appreciated Thanks Brad :) To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
