	There is an option in the man page to avoid reading ~/.cshrc, I'm not
sure if it deals with .login or not, you should test it.

	csh is actually a very poor choice for an interactive shell. I'm not
sure why you are trying to avoid reading ~/.login, however I can't
imagine a scenario where a user couldn't simply read it in after they
are logged in.
