This is 2.2.7.
Whenever I try to use fdformat, it hangs the system.
I have to reboot in single user mode to get it back up and run fsck.
I can read a floppy ok.
I can write or format one ok in Win95.
This is a 1.44MB floppy. I have tried both the short version and
the long of fdformat. The drive light comes on and never goes off.
I cannot even alt-F2 to another login. I have hard-reset the machine.
Any ideas?
