Hi,

every time I try to print to a remote printer I get this error message
from lpr:

lpr: connect: No such file or directory
jobs queued, but cannot start daemon

This is my printcap entry:

lp|standard remote printer:\
	:sh:\
	:lp=:rm=axis:rp=pr1:\
	:sd=/var/spool/output/lpd:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:

I already checked the permissions of the spool directory and log file.
A second computer running Linux has no problems printing using the same
printcap file, but all systems running FreeBSD 3.1 fail. Anyone got an
idea?

Thanks for helping
