Thank you for your reply.  After installing 3.3 by FTP, I tried to
install
the gnupg-1.0.0 by compilation, because I couldn't find its package.  I
didn't touch any part of the system.  I also checked the path and
/usr/bin is placed ahead of /usr/local/bin.
What should I do now?
