Thought this was an XFree86 issue... not sure if its a fbsd issue or
both???
anyway:

*** QUESTION: how do i force XFree86 to run at 75Hz Vert refresh rate?

Running 1600x1200 resolution its running at 65hz Vertical refresh with
XFree86.
dual booting to win98 and i can run 1600x1200 @75hz no problem and the
annoying 'vibration' that comes with running at lower (65hz) rate is
gone.

i'm using my monitor's HUD to show refresh rates.

many thanks!!
Nathan

If the server is older than 6-12 months, or if your card is
