That is why.
This is a legitimated question, I cannot submit it to any where else except
back to the FORE (MARCONI) source community under license NDA.
You can see I uploaded entire package there. Otherwise, like Zeitnet ATM
driver, I can only publish the modified source code + object code for rest
original sources on my website. In this case, I have completed everything,
so the only change developer need to modify is the xxx_probe ()
and xxx_attach() for ZATM over different O.S. release.

I can do this way if you think it can help. But the difference is that you
have
to write your own ilmid and maybe CLIP on top of the raw device driver for
HE.
May be an easy way to do under this situation is if we can plug the HE raw
device
driver into the HARP, than, we done. Any thought?
