If by trackpoint you mean that little nub between the G and H keys, my
Dell Latitude has one, in fact all of the modern Dells seem to have it.
They also have a touchpad that can be disabled under Windows (I've never
tried though, because I love it), I don't know if FreeBSD (or XFree)
supports disabling the touchpad though.
