Its still a language. *shrug*
A language is defined as any stream of mnemonics that can be interpreted
lexically. A binary stream is a language in the scope of its mnemonics: 1
and 0. I'm sure many "civilized" individuals didn't consider the relevance
of the Navaho language until it helped us win a war.
