Hey all, I fixed it. I didn't let you know that in my /etc/exports I was also exporting /usr/ports. So what I did from Chris Clark's example ==> /usr/ports /usr/src /usr/obj -maproot=0 192.168.0.1 etc..... and its working like a charm......
