i have a newly installed 4.4-R machine (i didn't install it myself, i had the VAR do it - remind me never to do that again). i'd rather not reinstall it since it's already been colo'd. when running top, i get "nlist failed". searching archives reveals this hint: "You are not using /boot/loader to load your kernel, but doing it directly from boot2 (see /boot/loader, it generally does a better job of making the kernel symbols available to user applications.)" but no further information. how do i tell the system to use /boot/loader ? -jsd- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
