You need to run rfcomm_pppd. This tool builds ppp connection on both 
side. If you ever configured ppp(8) it won't be difficult.

You need to run sdpd on server side, sdpd is not necessary on client side.

You need to read rfcomm_pppd(8). I'm not in my office, I'll send my real 
configure file later when I am in my office.
