Hello

I can't use abiword. When i try to start abiword (2.6.8_1) i get this
error message:

thomas@bert:~> abiword

(process:53896): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library

(process:53896): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
	Using the fallback 'C' locale.

(abiword:53896): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library

(abiword:53896): Pango-WARNING **: shaping failure, expect ugly output.
shape-engine='BasicEngineFc', font='Bitstream Vera Sans 11', text=''

The program runs fine, if i start it on a remote machine via ssh X
forwarding.
