Alas no, my OS is a pre-baked install for pfSense, and if I tried to 
upgrade it, it would likely break some of the functionality of how 
pfSense is built.  I've considered patching in some kernel mods to add 
cubic and H-TCP to the kernel, but even that makes me nervous.
