Sendmail 8.11.6 was imported into RELENG_4 on August 21. Since the FreeBSD release engineer has frozen the code and made it clear that no new features will be included, sendmail 8.12.0 will most certainly not be included in 4.4-RELEASE. I'd expect it to be merged into -STABLE sometime after 4.4 is released, possibly to be included into 4.5-RELEASE.
