I think David was referring to the digital version handbook, the online one 
that is!

Is the chapter you're looking for. Anyway, this is not a technical list, 
you'd be better of asking technical questions in the -questions list.
Hope you get your soundcard working, it's really not as hard as one might 
think at first.
