date -u  shows
Mon Mar 11 01:08:39 UTC 2013

date shows
Sun Mar 10 01:08:47 EDT 2013

In tzsetup I selected north America, EDT.
It's the first one on the list.


What is really needed is for the tzsetup program to state which east 
coast selections have day light saving included. Maybe a pr is in order.
