Hi Jeff,

Good news and thanks for the update.  The maia Makefile seems to imply
that RAR support can be provided either by archivers/rar or
archivers/unrar, and if so, those options should likely be exclusive.

I found some problems related to detecting the MySQL dependencies in
general, too.  I'll create a PR to fix these issues.

In the mean time, can you test whether maia does what you want with
just the UNRAR option enabled?
