If I'm not mistaken you need to learn pkg(8).

I do not use packages myself but my guess is that you need to mount the
DVD and then use "pkg add" from the proper directory on the mounted
filesystem.

The Handbook has a chapter on this, and assuming you've got an Internet
connection it may be better to install from the online repository.
