I've read a lot of posts on this subject and realize swap usage will
happen even if you have plenty of physical memory. But are my usage
results normal? ....

There is 34G physical memory in the server but swap usage keeps creeping
up, could this possibly be a leak? After startup, it kept putting memory
in Inactive until it plateaued at 29G as swap usage then started rising.
