Because the RELENG_4 will probably live on beyond 4.4-RELEASE. I'm very
glad the discussion took place. Now, when someone asks why we never
changed the default, those of us who took part can offer more than just
a grudging "because Brian Somers is paranoid".

Furthermore, Adrian Chadd came up with an excellent idea that allows us
to sandbox named for future releases without affecting existing
production hosts tracking RELENG_4. In fact, Adrian's idea would make
an excellent last-minute addition to 4.4-RELEASE. :-P

All in all, I think this was productive, if a little long-winded. :-)

Ciao,
Sheldon.
