Hi Bill,

I made a patch to unbreak net-snmp on latest -current.  After Kirk's
user.h change, struct kinfo_proc was changed drastically.

Unfortunatelly, __FreeBSD_version had not bumped with this change.  So
I used 500014 which is nearest one.

Are there any objections to commit this patch?
