ok- but how do i load the library's?

when I try and compile my program I get:
"
bsd# bwbasic GETEMP.BAS
Bywater BASIC Interpreter/Shell, version 2.20 patch level 1
Copyright (c) 1993, Ted A. Campbell

cls: not found
PRINT: not found
OPEN: not found

ERROR in line 1: Invalid device number
bwBASIC:

I think that I have to load these in a basic.h file...but where is this
file, and how do I load the library's, and where do I get them from?
