And increasing the buffer size has been the one thing I've been
retiscent to suggest so far (heck, that would also solve it for the
pure scroll-back case and was the most obvious suggestion of all)
since I'm not sure how much it's going to affect the installation's
minimum memory requirements.  Any metrics?
