Yet https://www.freebsd.org/security/security.html#sup, stats support for
11.3 until at least 2021?

https://www.freebsd.org/releases/11.3R/announce.html  also states,  "Based
on the new FreeBSD support model, the FreeBSD 11 release series will be
supported until at least September 30, 2021 or three months after FreeBSD
11.4, if applicable."
