I don't believe BCM4313 is supported (refer to forum post
https://forums.freebsd.org/index.php?threads/26616/).

I believe people have had luck using the ndis(4) drivers. See below

Also, for future reference, wifi driver questions will probably
attract a better answer from the developers if you send it to
freebsd-wireless@freebsd.org
