ar0 is the RAID-0 volume.  However, I would advise against using Intel's Matrix pseudo-RAID for a boot volume, and I would also advise against using RAID-0 in most cases, unless you keep good backups.

RAID-1 or RAID-10 are much safer-- use geom's gmirror.
