It might. I think I missed a step in the original install. I started =

Into the empty file. OK.

This is a SuperMicro with a low end Radeon graphics card. If vt(7) =
doesn't work I'll try vt(8).

IIRC, that's what I did to gwt the XFCE desktop. But I'll try it again.

That's what I need. It's a significantly better looking GUI than the =
same thing in Linux. But in Linux it pays attention to the mouse :-)
