ConnectX-3) use the mlx4 driver found in 10.

Added two tables to the wiki (at the bottom until verified):

 * Infiniband hardware support by release
 * Infiniband hardware support by driver

The first table seems like it should be ok now, but would someone please
look over it to make sure it's ok? If it is, we can move it up into the
main text. :)

For the second table, which lists the hardware support by driver, there
are a few fields I'm not sure of. Would someone please either edit the
values in directly or just respond to this email, and I can? :)

Regards and best wishes,

Justin Clift
