Hi,
I used freebsd since 3.3. recently i upgraded my motherboard to a fic sd11 and my processor to a 550mhz athlon. now i can't seem to install freebsd. i've tried booting from the cd and using boot disks. it can't detect the keyboard for some reason. it's a ps2 keyboard. it does the baton thing and says "Detecting keyboard: no". then it goes into the BTX loader. from there it just kinda locks up and sits there. i generally have to reboot usin the power button when that happens. now i'm usin slack linux but it's just not the same. i really want to get back into freebsd. do u have any suggestions or fixes for this problem?
thanks

stephen
