it's actually also good to make sure that the ssh from ports is stopped and
then uninstalled (pkg_delete, check /var/db/pkg/ for package name),
including /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ entries. Then update your sources and make
world.

If you're running 4.1.1 then OpenSSL and OpenSSH are installed into
the base system, as the error message states.  You shouldn't have to
install any ports to get either Open{SSL,SSH} to work.

ssh is in /usr/bin/ssh; openssl is in /usr/bin/openssl.
