I floated this idea a year ago.  I even volunteered to do it.  I ran out 
of time and resources, and the security hole discovery rate fell, so the 
project fell by the wayside.  If someone can tell me how to ask cvs which 
files have changed in RELENG_2_2 since X date, I might help coordinate 
something, but I have not the time to do it on my own.
