Hehe - okay.  In my spare time while working on my thesis and porting
useless apps (like kodometer which I'm doing right now) I'll think about
this.  I will clearly need help.  :-)

Do any of the Linuces have something like this where they can autodetect
this sort of stuff?  Maybe we could steal, I mean borrow, from theirs.
