Yes. Of course since the 4.x branch has only just been born, there are
likely to be some problems worked out over the course of the next few
weeks, so please don't just slap this on a production server without
testing first, etc :) Your testing will however be very valuable and help
to improve the quality of the branch.

RELENG_3 will still track the 3.x-stable branch just like RELENG_2_2 does
2.2.x-stable. So of course you want RELENG_4.
