Windows 98 IP Configuration

winipcnfg gives

Using the ff:....:ff from below I get

c:\>arp -s 192.168.0.1 ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
ARP: bad argument: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

Looks like it doesn't like all ff!
