I'm attempting to build a port. The program is all Perl, shell scripts,
and text files, which makes it difficult to find an example to
follow--most ports do some compiling!

Any suggestions for a small, non-compiling, plays-by-the-rules port to
examine?

At present, it would help just to know the minimum required targets in
the project Makefile (not the port Makefile) to support the standard
ports systems requirements. I've got the Porter's Handbook, but didn't
find that. (Install, uninstall, ... what else?)
