Eek! Do you really want to add another ~600 bytes to every
message gated from freebsd-questions to the newsgroup? Wouldn't a
weekly FAQ with instructions on joining the mailing lists be enough?
Or at least shorten the banner to something like:

[ list, send mail to majordomo@freebsd.org with "help" in message body. ]
... and set Reply-To: to freebsd-questions@freebsd.org like someone
else mentioned.
