I just received our new systems with Adaptec 3940UW SCSI controllers in
them with 4 4.5GB Western Digital UW drives. When I boot to the generic
kernel to install FreeBSD 2.2.6 it does not find the SCSI hard drives.
Does anyone have any information about using this controller with FreeBSD
that could be of help to me?

TIA

Steve Tracy
