Hmm, yes.  Right now a NO_FICL loader is running at about 140kb on
-current. :(

Ok, sounds good.  One question: how do you feel about moving
src/release/picobsd to src/picobsd since it doesn't really have
anything to do with release building?  I think that
write_mfs_in_kernel is about the only thing that it uses from the
release directory now.
