Thanks, but I would like to close this PR.  CVSup is not part of
FreeBSD.  Bug reports and feature requests for CVSup should be sent to
<cvsup-bugs@polstra.com>.

I don't think bug reports for 3rd party software belong in the FreeBSD
tracking system at all.  The ports category should be reserved
for bugs specific to the FreeBSD ports system itself.  We can't
possibly take responsibility for all the bugs in the various 3rd party
packages, which we don't own or control.

I'm going to close this PR in a few days if I haven't heard a
convincing reason why I shouldn't.
