I upgrade to r324743 and ntpd can't keep time. Maybe of importance, I 
was upgrading the ports after this switch to  r324743. Moreover the 
problem with pf occurs really frequently (see
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=222126)
