I'm getting more of such and similar reports recently from the Netherlands
and i've also received a patch from Erik Hansen for 0.63 which solved the
Cause 100 problem for him, but i still don't understand completely whats
going on here.

Background:

The called and calling party numbers have something like an identifier
attached to them, which is used to identify a number as

	- unknown
	- international number
	- national number
	- network specific number
	- subscriber number and
	- abbreviated number

Currently i4b sends both numbers as "unknown", for which Q.931 says: "the type
of number unknown is used when the user or the network has no knowledge of the
type of number, e.g. international number, national number, etc. In this case
the number digits field is organized to the network dialling plan, e.g. prefix
or escape digits might be present."

Until recently, unknown has worked for everyone, but recently the Dutch PTT
seems to have changed something in some (!) of their exchanges so it does
not work for everyone anymore.

It would help, if someone affected by this phenomen calls the PTT and finds
out what happened.

It would also help, if someone affected by this phenomenon tries to find out
what type of number works or does not work: i.e. try to specify only the
remote telephone number (without any city or country prefixes) and then
add the city prefix (try with a zero or without a zero) and perhaps add the
county prefix as well and tell us what happened.

Also, i'm thinking about making the type of number configurable, but i'd
like to avoid that as it would add more complexity to configuring isdnd.
