Have you tried the different torrents? If yes and the problem still  
exists, then my advice would be contract to the BitTornado author. There  
has forums in bittornado.com. Since Python is a high-level langauge, one  
of my wild guess is that it is possible that the bug is in Python rather  
than in BitTornado.

Have you tried the orignal BitTorrent yet? If same problem, then it's  
possible a bug in Python again or contract to the BitTorrent author too.
