The wtmp file changed format.  The easy solution is to move it out of
the way, and create a new one (see the monthly script -- specifically,
/etc/periodic/monthly/200.accounting for how it's done normally).

This didn't happen automatically for me, either (a couple of months
back, now); should it be in the errata?
